In 2003, Quickie Marketing, Inc. launched a successful newsletter catering to the email marketing world called The Viral Spiral.  It had over 150,000 subscribers.  We stayed in constant contact with the most successful ISPs, affiliates and email marketers, which in turn, we share an underground suppression pool of complainers, spam traps and anti-spammer information that we use to scrub against your list.

Seeding

We can seed a fixed number of times per seed at evenly spaced intervals, randomly spaced intervals, add all seeds once after a certain amount of addresses, add one consecutive seed after every certain amount of addresses or add one random seed after every certain number of addresses.

Departmentalized Emails

We can remove all department email address out of your lists.  You can pick and choose which ones to keep or separate them into different files.

Anti-spammers

Suppression lists are added daily to the pool.  After cleaning, it’s highly unlikely you’ll have any traps that our associates haven’t caught and removed.  We also communicate with anti-spammers who have given us their traps.  Most of our suppression collection is proprietary information.

Spidering

Lists that have been spidered are easy to clean up.  The problem with most of these lists is you may lose a lot of data because of departmentalized emails.  Our suppression list also removes the planted traps.

Complainers

With over 300 million Americans, half of which have an email address, our pool consists of 30 million major complainers we scrub against and growing.

If you have the list separate, we can match both lists together and remove the unsubscribers.

We can remove these emails and place them in separate lists for you or delete them all at once.

Deduplication

We can dedupe an endless amount of data.  Our system can combine, dedupe and clean many gigs of data with multi-column support via CSV.  We can split and sort the files any way you wish.  We also can remove addresses with “fuzzy logic” where addresses that are fake i.e. xxx@yyy.com or remove emails with numbers and/or emails with swear words.

Privacy / Security

We will sign any non-disclosure or non-compete to ensure you that your data is safe with us.  Our main concern is the ownership of your data.  That is why we offer to seed your lists.  We care about your repeated business.  We do offer deals to clients in sharing data where we can reduce the price of scrubbing in order for us to keep a copy.
